About Nancy Wheeler

With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Nancy Wheeler has guided clients through every stage of the buying and selling process. Her expertise includes REOs, short sales, senior real estate services, and first-time homebuyers. Since earning her license in 2003, Nancy has built a reputation for professionalism, dedication, and personalized client care.

Nancy was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2004 with CPS Real Estate and has continued to receive recognition throughout her career with CPS, Better Homes Realty, and Berkshire Hathaway.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Nancy moved to Sonoma County in 1989 and made the Santa Rosa Larkfield area her home. Through her children’s involvement in local schools and sports programs, she became deeply connected to the community she proudly serves today. Her longtime ties to Sonoma County and Occidental have created lasting relationships with family, friends, and neighbors throughout the area.

Outside of real estate, Nancy enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Sonoma County’s beautiful coastline and outdoors, reading, and enjoying music.
